Library opens in August after summer break
Please note the new opening hours of the Helsinki campus libraries
Uniarts Library opens in stages after the summer break. Helsinki campus libraries will open as self-service libraries on Monday 4.8. and customer service opens on Monday 11.8. with shortened hours. Helsinki campus libraries will start operating with normal opening hours as of Monday 25.8.
Kuopio Library opens on Monday 11.8. (both customer service and the self-service library). In August, the Kuopio Library is closed on Saturdays.
Please note that Helsinki campus libraries’ regular opening hours will change in the autumn. New, changed opening hours take effect 25.8.
The self-service time of Sörnäinen campus library will decrease with the changes. On weekdays, the self-service library will be open from 8.30 am to 3 pm, on Saturdays from 10 am to 5 pm and on Sundays the library will be closed.
Töölö Campus Library will be open on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. as before, but from 4 p.m. onwards, access to the library will take place through the main lobby of the Musiikkitalo. The route runs from the main lobby of the Musiikkitalo to the lobby of the Sibelius Academy and from there down the stairs to the library premises. On Saturdays, the self-service library is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and customer service is open from 12 a.m. to 4 p.m. Also on Saturdays, the library will be accessed through the main lobby.
